Governance

Every single day, communities in Yemen are being crushed by poverty, injustice, and social friction requiring lifesaving support for the most vulnerable. For over 50 years ITDC has been operating in Yemen in order to see Yemeni people live in peace and dignity for all generations, enhancing their value and contributing to the region. Such a future starts with our unwavering commitment to work towards sustainable outcomes for individual, families, and communities in Yemen.

ITDC is a Swedish based not-for-profit, International Non-Government Organization (NGO) registered in Yemen under the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MoPIC). The license agreement and other recognized laws of Yemen provide a governance framework for ITDC’s charitable work in Yemen. In addition to Yemen, MSwA undertakes charitable operations in the Middle East and North Africa.
